To be honest, I read this book a while ago and all I remember is that I really enjoyed it! In general, it is a humerous, lighthearted and good read but it also gets quite interesting in exploring something we all quite like - sleep! To give you a good idea, The Times described it as "Moving as well as clever, pleasurable as well as smart...it must be one of the best books of the year"

Released on Thursday, February 05, 2004 at Female changing rooms, 1 below zero in London, Oxford Circus, Topshop, England United Kingdom.

Planning on releasing this book tonight - is the first time I have sent a book "into the wild" and quite excited! Will just place it on the floor of one of the cubicles. It's late-night shopping night so someone's got to pick it up right?

I'm an American going to graduate school in London. I found this book in a dressing room in Top Shop at Oxford Circus. Why was I at Top Shop? Well, I was looking for some proper clothes for going clubbing, something I never did much of in the U.S. Luckily, I found some clothes as well as this book. Maybe when I'm done reading it I will release it somewhere in the U.S. to give the book a bit of a trip.

I brought this book with me from London to Portland, Oregon my hometown in the USA. I never managed to read this book, but I released it again at a coffee shop called Java Vivace. It seemed like a place where people who read books and use the Internet might be.
