I've really enjoyed several Katie Ffordes in the past, but this one felt too close to an old formulaic Mills & Boone for me. I plodded on, but mostly when I was on planes or otherwise stuck for reading material. Definitely one to release in search of a reader who'll appreciate it more than I did!
