I went to the Winnipeg Humane Society's Book and DVD sale and I found this book. I am reserving it for the 2015 Canada Day release challenge. I am especially pleased to have found this book because the special theme this year is poetry. Robert Service may be one of the best known poets in Canada. His famous poem "The Cremation of Sam McGee" is included in this volume but there are many others too.

Due to smoke from forest fires in Saskatchewan the setting sun took on a spooky, orange tinge. I thought it might be something like what the Yukon might experience during the summer since they are far enough north to be called The Land of the Midnight Sun. It seemed an appropriate time to leave this book of poetry by Robert Service, "The Bard of the Yukon". This release was for the 2015 Canada Days release challenge and for the "I'm Allergic to A in Titles" release challenge.
