Arrived safely in New Zealand yesterday (sorry I didn't journal it straight away - my partner put it aside to give to me when he collected the mail, and then forgot about it(!) so I didn't notice it until this morning).

Even though I'm only the first stop in the bookring, the journal already has heaps of delicious-sounding desserts in it from MaraJade. I'm going to have to have a hunt through my recipe books (and my imagination) for a few specialities of my own.

Yahooo!! This beautiful recipe book arrived today! I will add my contributions (and i think my sister might add a few as well) and then i will send it on to the next person on the list. Looks great!

Oops! I forgot to post a note once i was finished! Well i read the contributions, harvested some GREAT new recipes to try, and added my own favorites to the mix! Fun! Sent out to arakune last thursday, May 17th, so should get to her soon. Thanks for sharing!

I just received the journal from symphonicca, and what perfect timing! We recently moved into a new house, and this past weekend I finally got the kitchen set up. I was just beginning to fantasize about what some inaugural baking might look like ^_^

Once I've had a chance to look through these recipes, and add a few of my own, I'll be pssing this on to WritinReader in the US of A.

Of course, I'll journal again ^_-
