'Can't wait to read this Christmas mystery. The cover is lovely, the notes are intriguing. And, I love being "transported" back to the 1930's. Thanks Heaven-Ali!

A charming, Christmassy mystery tale. 'Passing on to my Mom this Christmas (under the tree). I think she'll enjoy it. A gift from Heaven-Ali, from "Across the Pond" in 2014.

Certainly different and keeps the reader in the dark until the very end. This is a fairly quick read and the characters keep the reader hopping, There are so many of them that it can be confusing - but isn't that the meat of a mystery story?

This is the perfect mystery for winter/Weihnachten/Yuletide. It was a 2014 Christmas gift my wife (Bookgirrl) received from British Bookcrosser Heaven-Ali. She really enjoyed it and having read some of your likes for the.NSS gift exchange, we thought you would enjoy it too. Mystery in White was published in 1937, so you won't find graphic gory bits as you do in so many current mystery/thriller novels. (ie: Nesbo, Robinson, etc.). It's a bit old-fashioned, like an Agatha Christie novel. This is the perfect book to curl up with, cup of tea or hot chocolate in hand and a warm blanket, as snow falls outside your window. A charming, fast-paced mystery.

Got this as my 2021 Zoom Unconvention NSS gift. Thank you so much! I haven't heard of the author, the story sounds really interesting.
