Interesting summary of the present decentralization trends, but it shows that the book has been published in 2006. Many of the things that were insightful in 2006 are kind of banal nowdays, and while you can appreciate the foresight of the author getting there earlier than many, now it is less educational because we're already there by the natural turn of events.
