Distrust That Particular Flavor

Gibson repeatedly says that non-fiction is not his bailiwick in this book, and yet, I found it to be fascinating, insightful, and slightly off in that way only he can be. Visit London, movie sets, Japanese hardware/kitsch/obssesive-compulsive catering stores, and early explorations of ebay- all seen through his unique and somehow prescient lens. A great read.
Off to my sister,a fellow Gibson aficionado (and who gave me the book in the first place!)
