I got this slightly-battered '58 paperback from the ongoing book-sale shelf in the Woodville, TX library. It includes the script for the original stage version of the play, as well as the alternate third act used in the 1958 film version. There's an introduction by Williams, too, with some interesting perspective on the origins of the story and on its staging.

Found it at the Panera Bread at 8 Spitbrook Road near the DW Highway in Nashua, NH a bit after 5 pm.
