The lives of many people intertwine via a tea house.
A good holiday read, the characters weren't intense and the plot not a nail bitter...but the story progressed at a charming pace. At one point, just before the ends were drawn together I got frustrated at the lack of anything but in the end I enjoyed most of the outcomes of the characters.
I think the burning of the mail by Brenda's mother was wrong though.
Cute illustrations.
