La vie de Simple et de son frère Kléber. Simple a 22 ans d'âge civil et 3 ans d'âge mental ; Kléber, lui, est en terminale, il est très courageux et très fatigué de s'occuper de Simple. Et les choses vont devenir encore plus compliquées le jour où Kléber a l'idée d'habiter en colocation avec des étudiants, pour sauver son frère de Malicroix, une institution spécialisée.
