Rinkitink in OZ

Another in L. Frank Baum's Oz series. This book is technically not an Oz book, as there are none of our traditional Oz characters, except for about 15 pages worth at the end, that appear a la "deux ex machina" to save our protagonists from a problem. However, it reads like most of the Oz books, and has the same creativity. The reason for the lower rating, is because I disliked two of our 3 main characters, Bilbil and Rinkitink, so much. I didn't find the characters or the rapport as good as I usually do.
As usual, the illustrations are lots of fun as well.
This book is for my permanent collection.

This book is being donated to Houston Library, to rebuild after Hurricane Harvey. It is not labeled and won't be journalled again. It's a beautiful book, and I'm confident it will be well loved.
