Absolutely fascinating story about the creation of the Oxford English dictionary, full of obsession, insanity,crime and scholarship. Totally love this book!
Off to relatives in Marblehead. Hope they enjoy as much as I did!

I bought this book second hand and gave just finished reading it for our book club meeting next week. A very interesting premise made even more fascinating by the knowledge it is a true story. I found it a little long-winded in places and admit I didn’t fully read all the dictionary entries.
