UPDATE 07-01-2004

Wow! Just finished this, although it took me a while to get to and a while to get through, I'm now done. Very mixed feelings about this one. I did love the story, it was just quite a long road getting there. And Miss Jacob sure does have a penchant for the obscenely grotesque. It was a good story though, if one can get over that. Good emotions, found myself cheering a group of scarred and abused women on during one of the best feminist-vengeance scenes I've ever read. Also found myself a bit saddened at the end.
