Sadly, this was a bit of a disappointment to me. Somehow I expected to like Alice Munro a lot - I think I've read another book from her before but can't be 100% sure, maybe it's just an image that I have of her? Anyway, some of these stories were mildly interesting but most of them I found quite boring. Oh well.

This book was just mentioned on some women's magazine I read lately (got piles I'm trying to get rid of), so I had to take the book home with me. Short stories are needed at times...

After just having read an excellent collection of short stories I was really looking forward to these ones. Unfortunately Dear Life did not manage to interest me with any of its stories. Far too tranquil and perhaps without an interesting viewpoint. Rather uninspiring surroundings, but there must be someone who will love Munro's style...

Maybe not the best book I have red. But I can try another Mundro book and see if I would like that more. I´ll release this to airport on saturday.
