He hangs out with his friends, plays baseball, and figure out his family - not very different from other kids his age. Very good and interesting book. I have read some WWII books before. They have told life in Europe (in Germany, against Germany, holocaust in different countries etc.), so it was interesting to read story from different country and different kind people.
