The Scorch Trials: 2/3 (Maze Runner Series)
3 journalers for this copy...
book 2 of the maze runner
My big question for this series is why he decided to call it the maze runner , as only 1 of the 3 books is in a maze ?
The tests this time send the team into a hostile sun burnt world , having to endure a city full of cranks , and finally meeting group B.
Easy reading as it is aimed at the teen market , and it is far superior to the Hunger games which apart from book 1 was boring

Wow. What a surprise! Wasn't expecting anything in the post today! Not one but 3 books from the series. Awesome! Thank you :)
I loved this book more than the first one! We are out of the maze now and the group are given a new test, The Scorch Trials.
Treasa is missing and things don't look great for Thomas, he has woken up with a tattoo saying 'To be killed by group B' on his back!
We learn of group B, who basically has the same experience in a diffrent maze, with the exception they are all girls with one boy. We also meet some Cranks who became a part of the story.
I felt like the characters were more fleshed out in this one. The plot was fast paced and exciting. I also loved the betrayal twists and I just don't know what to belive! I'm not sure where it's going to go from here though. I also have no idea with how these experiments are going to help cure 'The Flare'.
I would really recommend this series!
