I got this fair-condition ex-library hardcover at the Tyngsboro MA library book sale. It combines Angelou's poem with paintings by Jean-Michel Basquiat. While it's framed in a way that children might appreciate, it's also quite disturbing, with some very scary imagery. The poem touches on all manner of fears, from nightmare-stuff to real-world issues like bullying, and might inspire some discussion between parent and child...
