I purchased this trade paperback at Capitol Hill Books during a LibraryThing Meet-up this month.

I'm bailing on page 76 because there are too many references to things and individuals with which I am not familiar so I find reading this a bit more difficult than I anticipated. In addition, I read Fatelessness so log ago that the details of that book are no longer fresh in my mind, and there are many references to it and Kaddish of an Unborn Child, a novel which I do hope to read in the future.
