The Ocean at the End of the Lane
2 journalers for this copy...
There are memories hard to believe, waiting at the edge of things. The recollections of a man who thought he was lost but is now, perhaps, remembering a time when he was saved.
It took me some time to get into it, but then it was really good, although open ended which I don't normally prefer.
Journal Entry 3 by hon-no-tomo at Ruin Bar in Dublin, Co. Dublin Ireland on Sunday, November 17, 2019
Released at the monthly meeting.
If you aren't familiar with Bookcrossing, take a few minutes to check out this very cool site. Bookcrossers LOVE books, and more than anything, they love to read books and then set them free for other people to find and enjoy. We would love it, if you would leave a journal entry -- you can say where you found the book or how you liked it when you read it.

Took it at the meetup.
I was a bit reluctant to take this, to be honest. While I really like Neil Gaiman's writing, I don't necessarily like the subject of some of his books. I remember reading Coraline and Neverwhere and getting scared. Yes, I am easily scared by the smallest of things. LOL! Anyway, I wanted to read more of his works, so I made this into a daytime book, i.e. only reading on the train during my commute. Worked a charm. It was good, albeit a bit too scary for my liking.
