We read this for Beyond Chapter 3 some time ago. We seem to keep returning to books about WW2. This one was told from the point of view of a German family in a small village who are drawn into the war much against their will.
This book was very good and gave us all an inside look at what the war was like for ordinary people.
I am releasing this book to a friend to place into one of our local Little Libraries. Enjoy!
