Never Let Me Go

All children should believe they are special. But the students of Hailsham, an elite school in the English countryside, are so special that visitors shun them, and only by rumor and the occasional fleeting remark by a teacher do they discover their unconventional origins and strange destiny.
It's a rather curious set up of story, and it is intriguing how it was set in 1950's rather than a more futuristic setting. As the story is told by Kathy, the bigger story is not revealed till much later, towards the end, which leaves a lot of questions unanswered and to the reader's imagination. A very unusual tale.

Journal Entry 3 by DesLivresAilés at Causeway Bay, Central & Western Hong Kong on Thursday, March 19, 2015
My first hunt. An easy one as I found the book in an official zone of Bookcrossing. The Brunch in Caussewaybay Hong Kong is a nice place, but the waiter was not aware of the Bookcrossing. He was not helpful nor interested. It was a bit disappointing... I'll read the book and let it in another place. The Bookcrossing is a great idea...

This book written in English has just been released in Petit Plaisir, in SLA.
English is not my mother tongue but it was great to read this book. A good book. I hope somebody will find it and register in this bookcrossing site.
I'll be happy to know how this book travels...
