I received this book from a fellow bookcrosser at the April Meetup.
I really enjoyed this book. It had a humourous aspect that lifted your spirits. I gave the book to my sister when she visited from Halifax.
Another book that I read in one fell swoop as I travelled cross-country. I thought it was fantastic. How Frank Court manages to make such a sad difficult life sound ok is a mystery, though. He shows the real love in his family, which made all their difficulties sort of manageable. Beautiful and well-written and sometimes a little funny, I'll be recommending this book to other people.
