Received in a large lot through Bookmooch! Thanks for sending!!

Charleston is bustling with shoppers looking for antiques-and, of course, Theodosia Browning's delicious teas. But when the cobblestone alleys clear, Theodosia finds the map store owner strangled to death. Many wanted her shop-but enough to kill? Most alarming, however, is Detective Tidwell's theory: that the killer mistook her for Theodosia.

Received as part of Tribefan's Little Free Library book giveaway
https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/10/552598/9140431 about a week ago now. Finally getting a chance to at least make Journal Entries. Was planning to distribute to my local LFL's a little at a time, but am disheartened to find that many of the LFL's closest to me that are still listed on the LFL Website are no longer operating, or perhaps have moved and not updated their information...so in addition to the few LFL's I do find that are still open, I'm planning to share some of these books with other LFL Bcers, as well. THANK YOU for your kindness, Tribefan. Hope your relocation has been going the best that it can for you. Please PM me with your new address once you are settled in. ; )

Journal Entry 6 by BOOKWORMINUSALL at Mesa, Arizona USA on Sunday, May 30, 2021
Currently reading, and VERy MUCH enJOYing😁 this "Cozy Mystery" (a term I truly don't believe I've ever used before😊) I recently ran across in my 2020 HGG/OBG Box as part of Katethegreyt's May Readathon. https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/6/574854/9732684 Before my PTSD diagnosis I SOOOOO loved reading Mystery Thriller Crime Books, mostly for their brain challenging in-depth story within a story plots, details, and descriptions of the characters and settings in real life places around the world. This Author's detailed analytical descriptive informative low-graphic/violent/gruesome murder mystery style of multiple layered nested story writing has reconnected me with that brain challenging JOY!!!❤The way in which she portrays the people, places, and things within the pages of this book makes you feel as if you were a part of each and every moment captured in time, and the twists and turns in the plot and inclusion of local history from the actual nonfictional settings are a tremendous bonus. Once I've finished reading this...and it's really moving much more rapidly than I would have ever imagined, with less than optimal choice of LFL's in my area that would host the likelihood of any future Journal Entries during this challenging time, I'll be turning it into a Wishlist RABCK sometime in the future. THANK YOU again,🤗Tribefan, for sharing this book I'd never really thought I'd be reading with me. Hope your move has gone well, as I don't recall receiving your new address, but alas...things were a bit chaotic here even before this Dampemic we all have been dealing with came along. Hope you and yours are well and staying safe...Take Care!!!❤❌⭕

While this is book #11 in series, it is the first of the series I've read, and won't be the last. I didn't try making any of the many delicious sounding recipes included at the end of the story because some of them looked like they might be missing ingredients, leavening in particular in some of the baked goods.

NOTE: Had hoped to get this SURPRISE RABCK, which is also part of booklady331's 2021 KTM (Keep Them Moving) Release Challenge https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/23/572377 , sent off on 14 June 2021 (Flag Day) when I found out the Post Office does NOT observe that day as a Holiday, but had to delay that trip that was going to include a stop at the Library due to high ozone and excessive heat warnings (118 degrees again!!!), & too soon after a half day stay in the ER on 10 June 2021 to THANKFULLY find out that some of the new trouble I am currently having was NOT a DVT, nor a PE...Thank You God!!!🙏 However, as of today (Monday, 21 June 2021), I am still waiting to hear about an opening for a follow-up appointment with my Cardiologist who has an extremely full schedule for more testing to be done. I did need to make a run to pick up a few needed groceries, so I also made a quick Post Office stop, and dropped books right around the corner into the Library's outside book drop...only 114 degrees today.😁
