One of those pretty readable science-related novels with added philosophical elements. Not one though that fully rounds things off by the end of the tale & there are a fair number of typos in my copy (including one instance of the central character having her name completely changed).

I had entirely forgotten about this book and it's been sitting on my shelves for far longer than I would normally allow a Bookcrossing book to sit!
It took a while for me to get into this story but once i did I enjoyed most of it, at it's best it's engrossing and very readable.
