I enjoyed this book. It's about a sleazebag defence lawyer who realizes not just that his current client is a monster, but that another client he persuaded to take a plea was innocent. This causes him existential and all kinds of other trouble, not to mention murder and mayhem. The story even has a satisfying, not-quite-Hollywood ending. I hope you enjoy it too.
