A fun fast paced story on a man framed for crimes. His adventure into the why and how.

Thank you Hanrahan-Siudy for the wishlist RABCK. I look forward to read it. But I have a feeling my husband will beat me to it, as he's been reading all the Lee Child books and this one is next on his list. But I'll be happy to share. Thanks again!

I knew I'd get to read this first. Borrowed from love2cook.

Another good Jack Reacher story. Full of suspense and action. Reacher goes through the paces in a chase for truth and justice. He does go back to Virginia, back to his old unit, the 110th MP. It's the closest thing to a home he ever had. This is a real page turner.

Returning to the TBR mountain bookshelf.

Very, very good! I like the way Child has Reacher think about all the possibilities. Reacher has been accused of a crime he didn't commit. This is how he went about proving his innocence. Lots of suspense and evaluating the situations he finds himself in. I found I couldn't wait to turn to the next page to find out how things turned out.

This book is now reserved for bookstogive.

Journal Entry 7 by wingbookstogivewing at Springville, Tennessee USA on Tuesday, June 17, 2014
Reacher has traveled from South Dakota to DC to meet Susan Turner who is in charge of his old unit even though he only talked to her on the phone and when he arrives he is accused of a crime he did not commit and told he has a daughter from a woman he doesn't remember and he also finds out Turner has been relieved of her command and is in jail.

He is determined of course to show that he is innocent and teams up with Turner to prove both of them were wrongly accused.

This was another good one in the series and Reacher of course comes out on top as he should :)

Now ready for a new reader

This book has been on our wishlist since it came out. Hubby and I love Jack Reacher. I'm sure we will be reading this one fairly quickly. Thanks so much for sharing with us.

Another story where I didn't "know" until the very end. Hubby read this long ago. Now, I'm passing it to my sister. NOTE TO SELF-when sister gives it back. There is a bookcrosser named Susan Turner who might like this book because one of the characters has the same name.

7/6/2020
My sister brought this book back and I sent Susan Turner a message to see if she is interested. Reserved for her.
