When Harold Fry nips out one morning to post a letter, leaving his wife hoovering upstairs, he has no idea that he is about to walk from one end of the country to the other. He has no hiking boots or map, let alone a compass, waterproof or mobile phone. All he knows is that he must keep walking. To save someone else's life.
A moving, honest, emotional journey. Loved it.
Wishlist Tag Release. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Thanks so much amberC :)
That was really quick, and I'm looking forward to reading this one quite soon.

I really enjoyed this book. Although it was rather far-fetched, it certainly left you with things to think about. Communication is so important.

This got here safely :)
This was such a sad, sweet and moving little story. I was reminded of the book Breakfast with Buddah and the soul searching that occurred in both it and this book. I found I couldn't put it down after starting it on Thursday during my lunch break. I really wanted to know what would happen next.
Thanks so much for sharing this keeta I don't know that I would have picked this up on my own. I enjoyed it quite a bit and am kicking myself for letting it sit on my TBR mountain for a year.

I am going to be loaning this to an elderly relative whom I know will enjoy reading it.
The aunt I loaned this to loved the book. She was claiming over how well written it was. According to her even though it was a weird little story she stayed up late reading the last third of the book and just could not put it down.
