Yippee!! I finally read this novel!!

The Lost Art of Mixing is the follow up novel to the author's novel, The School Of Essential Ingredients... I loved reading The School Of Essential Ingredients, which is why I wanted to read The Lost Art of Mixing.

Erica Bauermeister is a very descriptive writer who really has a wonderful way with words. However, I didn't enjoy reading The Lost Art of Mixing as much as I did The School Of Essential Ingredients.

I will be mailing The Lost Art of Mixing to another Bookcrosser who has this novel on their wishlist soon. :-)

Finally got around to reading this. I agree with FeistyPom2Love , I enjoyed The School of Essential Ingredients more than this one. That said, this was still enjoyable, more about each character than culinary. She is very descriptive which is enjoyable. I'll look for more of her books. Thanks again for sharing
