This paperback book was bought from Hoveton St. John church, Norfolk at the bargain price of 33 1/3p (3 for £1). I have actually read another copy which was lent to me but I bought this copy for bookcrossing as I have a couple of friends who may enjoy it.
From the back cover:- Since Sandy Short's childhood classmate disappeared twenty years ago, Sandy has been obsessed with missing things. Finding becomes her goal-whether it's the sock that vanished in the washing, the car keys she misplaced or the graver issue of finding the people who vanish from their lives. Sandy dedicates her life to finding these missing people, offering devastated families a flicker of hope.

Jack Ruttle is one of those desperate people- he is searching for his brother Donal. Then Sandy goes missing too, she stumbles upon the place-and people-she's been looking for all her life...........
