Now I really enjoyed this book. This is a very accurate fictional biography of the life of Charles Darwin. With an overly detailed style, Irving Stone describes all the events that have made Darwin an essential part of western culture and natural science. I am inspired by this book, and am now reading ‘The Origin of the Species’.

I found this in the common room of my building, and as many before me have enjoyed it, I am registering it in hopes that many more will come to love it.

Be warned! This is NOT a light read!

Left in the Anthropology classroom in the Young building. Well actually I passed it on to a really nice person who was in the classroom at the time.

This book was passed on to me in Anthropology class. I'm still working on it--it's very thick and the print is very tiny. A nice leisurely read provided one flips back and forth and doesn't worry about remembering anything. I'd imagine that reading it cover to cover would be a bit intimidating. Worth reading, especially for those with a long attention span and a strong interest in our friend Darwin.
