From the back cover:
"Hollywood lawyer Danny Roth is the victim of a world-class wine heist - and he is devastated. Sam Levitt, former corporate lawyer, wine connoisseur, and expert on cultivated crime, is called in by Roth's insurance company, now saddled with a multi-million-dollar claim. His leads take him first to Bordeaux's magnificent vineyards and then to glorious Provence. Along the way, bien sûr, he's joined by a beautiful French colleague, Sophie. In their quest to discover the truth, Sam and Sophie must explore many a château and its contents."
I actually liked this one quite a lot. There was a lot of good food and wine, beautiful landscapes and an entertaining chase after the stolen wine. It was kind of a feelgood mystery with a small surprise at the end.

I chose this from Box of Mysteries, thanks em64! :)
I have read few books from Peter Mayle (Provence) and found those a bit boring after all. So I was a bit sceptic when I grabbed this one from my book shelf.
Anyhow, the story was really nice and although I usually choose my wine based on a nice or cute label, I found this wine robbery interesting. This was like perfect summer reading; relaxed, good food and wine and nice characteristics.
