Part Peter Mayle, part Under the Tuscan Sun, and part Bill Bryson, Driving Over Lemons is the story of Chris and Ana, exPats from Britain, who buy a farm in Spain's rural Andalusia and move there permanently to live, farm, and raise their family. This delightful account of the frustrations and the joys of living among the regions farmers and local characters is a quick, funny, and thoroughly enjoyable read.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Brought to tonight's local meet-up and given to CalifBookLover.
Delighted to receive this book at this week's meeting of the TriValley BC group. I've begun reading it and am finding it a delight.
A quick read and a kind of vicarious enjoyment of a lifestyle on a small farm in the Andalusian countryside. Lots of funny moments, especially about the neighbors and their reactions to this British couple (author and his wife). Not so sure I'd be eager to live in Spain, after reading this. Thanks, BayAreaBookie for a much-needed "fix" of Spain.
