About the author:
Mario Vargas. Llosa was born in Peru in 1936. His internationally acclaimed works of fiction and non-fiction include Conversation in the Cathedral (1969), The War of the End of the World (1981), The Feast of the Goat (2000) and The Bad Girl (2008). In 2010, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Thank you very much, Tarna! I'm sorry it took me some time to register the book... When it popped up tonight, I became happily surprised, I had forgotten about the book! Thank you again, Ill love to read it during 2015. I have read one book by the same author and remember I liked it, so my expectations are set on a high level:)

I have started to read this novel, and I find it quite funny, written with ease and glimse in the eyes. First I didnt understand what I read, but now I understand that the book is one part the story of Mario and Aunt Julia, and in between are the radio manuses written by the scriptwriter. A bit tricky, made me stop my reading, because I didnt understand way I suddenly read about characters that had nothing to do with the main story. But when I suddenly understood, thata I was now reading one of the manuskripts I had just read about, I started to laugh and descided to write a note here, Maybe the book turns out to be a kind of Pandoras box, something like the qutaion on the first page. I think that I see myself read about myself thinking that I see myself reading about myself thinking that Im reading. Something like that.
