Journal Entry 3 by lilcoopamber at Postal Release To Another BookCrosser in -- Mail or by hand-rings, RABCK, meetings, trades, Kansas USA on Wednesday, July 27, 2005

Received this in the mail today in a trade I did with lilcoopamber. I am going to send it to my niece as part of her summer reading, and my daughter wants to read it too. Thanks so much for sending it to me.

I found this on the wish list of Aramena and as I am sending her another book from her wishlist I am going to send this along as a surprise!!!
My daughter and niece and I all read this book and loved it. We are impatiently waiting for the movie Narnia to come out this holiday season. I never had to read this series of books in school so it was fun to read along with the kids. The story should endure as long as there are people who love good literature. Thank you lilcooper for sending to us and I hope Aramena enjoys it as we did.

Thank you thank you! What a pleasant surprise, and how exciting to go cross off an unexpected book from my wish list!

Ironically, after my last comment, I apparently failed to go cross this book off my wish list, as I have now received another surprise copy! I searched the wish lists myself, and RayneQueen has this on her list, and she is listed on RABCK.com. Since I've had this copy longer, I'm shipping it off to her!

Thanks so much! I love getting surprise books. I'm trying to collect all the books in the Narnia series before I start reading it, and I now have four out of seven so it shouldn't be too much longer.

I'm moving again and so donating a bunch of my books, including this one, to the Friends of the Georgetown Library's used book store.
