I've finally finished this book. It's pretty good and moving at times, but the action doesn't really start until towards the end. Also, there were parts where it seemed like a really corny movie. Overall, it's a really engaging book, though.
It's on its way to alsgal. Enjoy!

Received in the mail when I got back from vacation late last week. Thanks katalirob!
So after packing up for my move to San Diego, I decided that I need to go read the oldest books on my shelf that were sent to me by others as I've definitely been slacking in that regard.
So, sorry it took so long to get to this one but I did enjoy it. It was certainly sad what was happening to the people of Nambula. I agree with katalirob that the action doesn't really pick up until the end but I thought it was worth the wait.
Thank you for sharing and sorry about the delay.

I really did not like it very much, which was a shame because I loved the author's most well known book.
