She's Come Undone
5 journalers for this copy...
I enjoyed this, but liked his other book "This Much I Know is True" much much more. this was a little weird knowing a man was writing as an adolescent girl. But, he did a pretty good job. It's worth a read.

I received this book today. Meshe was so very nice to send me this book with the other book I'd accepted on the relay as a RABCK..
So Instead of sending me just one, she gave me 2. And they are not small books, they are big, both trade paperbacks.
Meshe I am so looking forward to read these books.
Last week the other book by Wally Lamb arrived, I know this much is true.
I traded that book for thimbles ;-) ) so I can read both.
I think I will read this one first? Otherwise i maybe get the same feeling you have? a bit of disapointment because the other one seems to be better?
Thank you so much.
I will journal when i am reading, and when I,ve finished the book.
Never reead anything of this writer so I am curious
Take care marlene

Journal Entry 4 by CrazyDutchwoman from Heemstede, Noord-Holland Netherlands on Sunday, June 20, 2004
Hi meshe.
How are you? Well I can tell you I,ve finished I know this much is true some time ago and now reading She's come undone. I am at page 88, something like that and I do like it. It is easier to get into then the other book by Mr lamb. (I loved that book but it took me a long time to really get into it)
Last week i have been reading 4 books.
Anna karenina ( participating in Oprahs book read)
Fearie tale (also for a yahoo book read)
and She''s come undone I picked up cause I needed something great :-)
But today i,ve finished Faerie tale so now i can finish this book.
I will let you know what my overal opinion will be, once i am done.
Update June 24
Finished the book last night. It was an interesting book. Sometimes so sad and sometimes funny.
What i liked about it was that you never knew what would happen. like you see in most books.
when a girl is fat, she will suddenly by magic loose weight and is beautiful again (which means thin in most books)
I like dark books, and consider this one to be one.
I would give it a 7,5 to a 8 minus cause sometimes to many bad stuff happened, but that will have to be an 8
Thanks meshe.
