I recently saw the movie, so reading this was interesting - some characters are quite different in the book and a lot of it is also told from a different perspective. A nice book, nothing more nothing less :)

Erm... not quite sure what to say about the book. It's okay but somehow lacking, not very memorable or engaging in the end. And I'm not sure why these people were in a home, they seemed quite cabable of taking care of themselves and the home didn't even offer any special help or nursing services. Oh well, I guess a bunch of senile, bedridden old drones wouldn't make for a story.

Someone I know (outside bc) wants to read the book so off it goes.
