I received this in a trade from the Pendleton Book Company in Pendleton, Oregon, USA. Today marked the fifth day that my four youngest have been sick with the flu and I just needed to get out of the house for a little bit. My sweet mom came over to watch everyone for a little bit and I went out and gathered up a whole shopping back of cozy mysteries. Fun!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Adding to Bookpatch's Cozy Mystery Book Box. Such a good series, each book stands on it's own!
How fun that this one has travelled in two of my oldie-but-goodie bookboxes! Thanks for sharing.
From the back of the book: "On a raw February morning, Jane Austen first learns of the case of Captain Tom Seagrave, who faces execution for a murder he swears he didn't commit. Together, she and her brother Frank, a post captain in the Royal Navy, set out to uncover the truth. It is a journey that leads from the troubled heart of Seagrave's family, through the seaport's worst sinkholes, and finally to the prison of Wool House. Risking contagion or worse, Jane comes away with more questions than answers. Did one of Seagrave's jealous colleagues frame the unpopular captain? Was a veiled political foe at work And what of the sealed orders under which Seagrave embarked that fateful night on his ship?..."
Bumped this one to the top of my list so I could have it read in time to share with a friend at bookclub this weekend. She loves Jane Austen! I find I enjoy this series more than I expected to, and always learn some history.
