Thank you so much, MyssCyn, for filling my wish! Recently discovered this author and am devouring every title I can find. This will be toward the top of Mt TBR so I can [hopefully] surprise another wishlist tagger! =)

Pezzelli knows how to tell the story of an everyday Italian-American family. Mrs. Campanile is a widow with children and grandkids all living elsewhere. Feeling a bit lost she decides to answer a babysitter-wanted ad of Loretta Simmons. Loretta is a single mom who works full-time who needs someone to care for her two children for a few hours a day. Once she starts, Mrs. C sees a bit more needed than that. The story takes off from there and it includes cooking and chatting in the kitchen, a touch of romance and the traditional family values. It’s a lovely warm read that you will enjoy.
