WILD RELEASE NOTES:
By post to Wilnsdorf in a bookring ( unsure of which state)
The state is Nordrhein-Westfalen (North-Rhine Westphalia) ;)
This book arrived 5 days ago on March 18th and I really enjoyed reading it. It is a beautiful story with a moral and I am going to read it to my daughter (quicker than letting her read it for herself at this stage - reading in English is still a struggle for her) before passing it on to the next in line.

As penelopewanders told me she was out of the country for 10 days, I took the opportunity to lend the book to my daughter. She has read it now too and really enjoyed it.
Now it is time to send this book on its way to Switzerland...

This was waiting, along with a number of other rings and ray, when I returned from holiday. I have a few train journeys coming up - looks like just the ticket for a shortish ride. Hope to get it read and on its way before too long. Thanks so much for making this available, and for sending.

This is a very sweet little story, almost like a short story more than a novel, really. I think War Horse had much more to it, but this kept my interest too. I could imagine reading this with a class.
I have the next address and will try to get this parcelled and posted soon. Thanks so much for making it available!

The ring rolls on - next stop, the UK! thanks for making available and thanks for sending.
This little book book arrived today, clattering through the letterbox and frightening my little dog. :-) I have only recently finished reading War Horse in preparation for this one so I'm sure I shall enjoy it. I've also seen the War Horse film, which was very moving but not absolutely true to the story.
I LOVE Michael Morpurgo and have read several of his books. Maybe I'm just a child at heart.
Thank you Smurphie for including me in this ring and penelopewanderers for posting the book to me.

I finished this heart warming little book over my lunch today. As with all MP's books, it brought a smile to my lips. Long may he keep writing.
I've got huffpuff's address so I'll pop it in the post this afternoon.

Book arrived safely today, thanks

I read this book in half an hour. War horse was a far superior story and didn't really need a sequal but this was a sweet enough tale.
Will pm next on the list and send it asap

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
The book is now on its way to the next reader. Enjoy!
Book has arrived safe and sound, it will be the next book on my pile. Thanks for sharing :-)
3 June 13 - I started off quite unsure about this book, its based many years on and is therefore not narrated by Joey. However once we found out grandpas secret and then got to read the story that he had written for his grandson, that's when it picked up. The story about Joey and Zoey ploughing the field in a race against a tractor had me gripped until the end. It was also lovely to find out how Joey ended his days, however I would not really class it as a sequel to WarHorse, it felt more like a story in its own right with a couple of characters you'd met before
