Hope you like it!
I am happy. I had this book years ago, but lost it. Thanks and a hug to Tanzmaus who made it a RABCK. Thank you.
On the book: Just great SF, right the way I like it. Short stories with astonishing endings. I will set it free again when I have read it.
Done. Which was my favoured story? I think it was . . . well, there are "The Star", " The nine billion names of god", "The Sentinel", "No Morning after", "The Curse" , "Rescue Party", "Encounter at dawn", ....
There's just no way telling which one is best. It is easier to tell which story is just good and not as outstanding as the others.
The book will go directly to FuzzyBooks at the next BXer Meetup in Frankfurt.

Thanx to Sunnshine for the book. I really like Arthur C. Clarke and I'm really curious about the book.
A "must read" for every fan of Arthur C. Clarke. I found only one or two stories, which I didn't like.
This book will travel to MacsBooks via mail.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I hope, that the snail-mail will work this time...
Arrived by snail mail today. This will be the next book I read!
The stories are of different quality, but I liked most of them. Some of them I had already read in different collections, but long ago. Some of the stories are around 60 years old and very interesting in terms of facts that are now well known! A must read for all SF Fans!

Most of the stories are good. But the best in my opinion is "Rescue Party"
"We had better be polite to them. After all, we only outnumber them about a thousand million to one." Rugon laughed at his captain's little joke.
Twenty years afterward, the remark didn't seem funny.
