True crime, focusing on the trial. In Bloomington Il, in 1983, David Hendricks was charged with the murders of his wife and 3 children. All evidence was circumstantial, and you are pretty sure he did it, but what is a 'reasonable doubt'. The issues the book brings up are fairly important, and deserve pondering.
