Speaker for the Dead follows up on Ender Wiggin from Ender's Game. I liked Ender's Game and immediately went out and read this book, and I enjoyed it very much. This volume seems darker, though. What I loved most about this book is Card's rendering of worlds with other sentient species and technology that can only be imagined in theory. And it's great. I hope someone gets it who will really enjoy it.
