An enjoyable diary tour through Paris, although a bit muddled. Enjoyed the illustrations and art work. Brought on an even stronger temptation for a trip to Paris, and when I go - I will probably look back to this book for some ideas.

Placed into the Thegoaliegirl's Travel Narrative Bookbox.

Taken from the travel narrative bookbox.
Edit: This was a fun glimpse of a young woman's coming of age and trip to Paris using cartoons, photos, and diary entries!

Caught from Perryfran from: Booklady331's Non-fiction VBB. Thanks for sending! It looks like an interesting book.

My Review: This was such an interesting book. The trip to Paris was made more real because she put a lot of what she was thinking and feeling into the words and pictures. It's a quick read because there are more pictures than words. It's such a refreshing travel journal. It seems like you are reading her personal diary rather than a published book.

Shrinking my piles of books, thanks to a broken water heater we had a flood. This book was safe, but I need to make room for repairs. Vaya con Dios.
