Arrived home from an English academy cleaning about two years ago. I've just started reading it.
Just finished! A nice one, although there's a point where the plot seems to lose its way, with new malign plots which seem unrelated to what you thought the villains were doing so far.
The description of the hiking material seems... too detailed, maybe, as if all the terminology and materials were new to the author and he had to write it all. Or could be that, not being that new to me (it's kind of obvious, in fact) I find it so redundant. Boy, if you are getting fully equipped and are going to walk on ice, it's no surprise that you have crampons and ice axes.

It's more difficult than usual due to the language, but I finally got loclien to take it.
I've tried to read it, but finally I quit.
I'm sorry, but I didn't feel very interested from the very beginning. I don't know why, maybe it was too... "James Bondish". Too many unbelievable situations in not so many pages made me feel bored. It wasn't bad, in the end, since I had to study, and the least that I needed was an interesting book.
Now, my exam is over, and when I picked it up again, I realized I wasn't really keen on finishing it.
Since it's a difficult one to be released in the wild, I'll try to make a controlled release among English students.
