I struggled with this at the beginning, however found it quite useful towards the end. One thing I have taken from it is the reassurance that just because life is tough and people don't like decisions that I have made, it doesn't mean the decisions weren't right or there is anything wrong with me. Counting the cost of decisions is also a key learn, that when you make the right decision, there is usually a cost involved and many people don't want to pay the cost, so don't make the decision
