A classic, of course. One which I read many years ago and which is well worthy of reading again.

Although I am sure I have read this before, I found I couldn't really remember any of it so had the same pleasure as from a first-time reading. It's a great story - shocking in parts, occasionally a little fanciful but holding the attention right to the last. I have to confess to shedding a tear or two near the end!
