Corporate shark Joe Iskerson wastes no time in getting exactly what he wants. And what he wants is to spend one brief night in Saunders, Idaho, buy up most of the land for a fertilizer plant, and get out. No one warned him that Saunders is home to a kooky collection of outrageous eccentrics who don't seem to grasp the concept of money, or that his B&B, the Shady Lady, is a former brothel, which now houses retired ladies of the evening. Then there's the proprietor of the B&B, Emylou Gainor. Pretty, warm, and apparently not deranged, she's a baking, homemaking, small-town girl - the sort of woman Joe would never be attracted to under normal circumstances. But nothing in Saunders is normal. That must be why Joe's going wildly, passionately out of his mind for Emylou. The only way to stay sane is to get out of town, before he gives in to total erotic madness...Emylou has always been level-headed. But then, she's never met anybody like Joe. When he's around, Emylou feels like going deliciously, wickedly insane. Or maybe that old brothel magic is finally starting to work on her. As acting mayor, Emylou is determined to keep Joe in Saunders long enough to save her hometown...even if she has to take leave of her senses and drive him completely crazy to do it. ..Now, in a place that's Mayberry-meets-Bedlam, two people engaged in a battle of wills are about to discover that love isn't always sensible, and desire this strong can take them to a place beyond all reason...

Received as part of Tribefan's Little Free Library book giveaway
https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/10/552598/9140431 about a week ago now. Finally getting a chance to at least make Journal Entries. Was planning to distribute to my local LFL's a little at a time, but am disheartened to find that many of the LFL's closest to me that are still listed on the LFL Website are no longer operating, or perhaps have moved and not updated their information...so in addition to the few LFL's I do find that are still open, I'm planning to share some of these books with other LFL Bcers, as well. THANK YOU for your kindness, Tribefan. Hope your relocation has been going the best that it can for you. Please PM me with your new address once you are settled in. ; )

Releasing as part of the following Release Challenges:

1. jumpingin's July 2018 (VERB) Ultimate Read and Release Challenge...for the word TURN in the Title, and the embedded word WAR in the Author's Last Name.

I've left several books at this cute little purple, teal, and white LFL over the past several years, and while none have ever been Journaled by this fellow BCer, or anyone else, there's always a first time...especially since when the "Little Free Library #27381" info shown on her BC Bookshelf is Googled, it comes up as active on the LFL.org site, as well as Facebook, Instagram, and LibraryThing. ; ) https://www.picburn.com/lfl27381 She even has a very special LFL Rubber Stamp that she imprints inside of her books that I must remember to tell SqueakyChu about!!! : D https://littlefreelibrary.myshopify.com/products/standard-artisan-stamp

Released 5 yrs ago (7/31/2018 UTC) at Little Free Library #27381 - East Baltimore in Mesa, Arizona USA

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

Finally getting a chance to make Official Release Notes on some books left at different times that I can't recall between doctor visits at Little Free Library #27381. The new school year starts next week, and since it's so hot and steamy here in Arizona, I thought I'd leave a few hot and steamy Romance Novels for those interested in taking a break from their parenting and/or other responsibilities by curling up in the A/C with an iced beverage and a good book. : D In addition, I DO, and WILL HAVE some children's books to drop off on my next time round, along with some bookmarks and trinkets to fill up an empty container I have noticed during my past two visits. ; )

THANK YOU FOR YOUR LITTLE FREE LIBRARY!!! : D
