I plan to co-release with "The Hours" and hope same person takes both and reads sequentially. I did it that way and it was very interesting to compare the two stories and the two writers' styles.

Release planned for 11/11 at Vagabond Books

To the top of the TBR pile it goes! It will be fun to re-read Mrs. Dalloway (haven't since high school) with the perspective of The Hours. Both books are promised to UofIgirl next!

Just finished this book, and wow, was this ever depressing. The characters continuously look back at their lives, decide they you are trapped by their pasts, and their lives are over. There is a sense that all the characters are spectators as life in London passes them by, like "leaden circles disolving in the air".

Thanks uofigirl.

Picked up tonight at the Meet Up along with the companion The Hours. I've never read any Virginia Woolf. Am looking forward to it.
