Daphne Wells is way too busy watching television to start planning her wedding. She tells herself being glued to the boob tube counts as research for her job at the Museum of Television and Radio, but the truth is, as much as she's looking forward to a future with her fiancé, Charlie, their sex life just isn't ready for prime time. But then Daphne meets sexy, successful writer/ producer Jonathan Hill when he comes to the museum for inspiration. Daphne spends a week in the Hamptons at Jonathan's beach house-on business, of course-but the picture comes in loud and clear: this man can turn her on. She's more confused than ever about marrying Charlie. What if she can do better?
Sending as part of the Summer Gift Giving to herchelle. Enjoy!
Thank You so much for this great little wishbook, I so enjoyed "the Art of Undressing" so I look forward to reading another by Stephanie Lehmann. Many thanks for the socks, the pretty fan (great for hot flashes/heat waves LOL) and the rings -- they are already adorning my daughter's hands. Again, many thanks!!
...and I liked it!
Another morning where I wake up before my alarm and pick up this book, but I'm so sad because I just finished "you could do better". I so enjoyed Daphne and her love of television. I had such a great time with her story, it made me laugh, especially at the email of "tips" that her fiancé never read and I loved her non-traditional engagement ring. What a great idea!
Thank you so much, LauraLoo, for furthering my love of Stephanie Lehman. Who knew that that HOT PINK book would start something so wonderful!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Looking for the next reader at the Calgary Bookcrossing meetup tomorrow.
They say it is my type of book....hmmm wonder what that says about me.
This was a great book! I just read the art of undressing and then straight into this one. I like the way Stephanie Lehmann writes. I like her characters and in this case, Daphne's love of TV. I could feel her pain when she was not sure about her choice of Charlie, her concern/competition with her sister. All in all a very enjoyable book. Thanks Lauraloo29 for getting this book into our Calgary bookcrossing circle!
I am taking this book to our monthly bookcrossers meet up at Cravings - the second Saturday of every month- to pass on to the next reader.
Picked up at the Calgary bookcrossing meeetup two days ago. Sorry for the late registration.
This seems like a really cute read. I love the TV trivia but unfortunately this was just a little too fluffly for me - and I don't think I'm quite in the mood for fluffy tonight. Skimmed the first few chapters, and then skipped to the ending.
Will be brought to the next Calgary bookcrossing meetup and handed off, or handed back.
